We adopt external authentication by PayPal. PayPal is a world-class settlement service with high safety. Credit card information is used only for payment at PayPal, and no credit card number information is sent to academic societies. In addition, you will be prompted to enter delivery address information as mandatory items on PayPal's payment screen, but it is not necessary for settlement, so it is fine if you can enter the affiliation information. In ICCEF JAPAN we recommend paying academic fees with credit card.
Do I need to register with PayPal for payment with credit card?
▶ PayPal account is not necessary. Please select "Pay with credit card" at the bottom right of the "Payment method selection" screen after automatically transferring from the payment screen to PayPal's authentication screen and proceed to the screen for entering card information and billing information. * In rare cases, "PayPal account creation" menu may appear instead of "Pay with credit card". This is because PayPal switches the display randomly for security enhancement. Even if only the "Create account" menu is displayed, PayPal is a world-class settlement service with high safety, so please do not hesitate to cooperate in creating an account. If you create an account and register your credit card information, you can make payment from next time more convenient. If you access from another IP address such as your home, "Pay with credit card" is displayed and account creation may be unnecessary, but switching of this display is beyond the scope that the academic secretariat can control We understand, please understand.
Is there a handling fee?
▶ ICCEF JAPAN will pay the settlement fee of the credit card. In the case of payment with a credit card, membership status will be effective immediately, so we recommend you to use it for members.
Can I get a receipt?
▶ In the case of a credit card, two mails that are automatically distributed at the completion of settlement, "notification of payment to ICCEF JAPAN " and "ICCEF JAPAN : member status has been activated" are substituted as receipts You can do it.
How can I get credit card payment or bank transfer on behalf of others?
▶ In case of credit card, card number and owner information will not be sent to the conference. Since the full name and "shipping address" of "billing information" on PayPal's authentication screen will be provided to the secretariat, please enter the contact information of the member to be paid for membership fee.
