1.Preparation of documents

If you wish to make an Presentation please apply by the following procedure.

Let's First create the word file that you filled out according to the example of Abstract formbelow.
Second, let's create a word file according to the Resistration form example.
Please attach these two files to a-kimura@paz.ac.jp and send the title of the mail as iccef2018 apply and your name.
The secretariat will send you a receipt confirmation email after receiving your email.
The secretariat examines your abstract and informs you whether it will be announced within 4 weeks after receiving it until the deadline.

If you would like only to Participate if you do not make an presentation let's create a word file filled out according to the Registration form example.
Please mail title iccef2018 participant and your name.
The secretariat will send you a receipt confirmation email after receiving your email.

If you participate as an academic meeting of the Japan Public Health Physical Therapy StudyGroup, if you are a student or guest, you can apply from the m3 site or join the iccef as a title of the e-mail at the secretariat a-kimura@paz.ac.jp Please include your affiliation and name and submit it by the deadline (August 30, 2018). The secretariat will send you a receipt confirmation email after receiving your email.

Please send the Resistration form and Abstract form to the academic secretariat Akira Kimura (a-kimura*paz.ac.jp please change * to @) by e-mail before May 31, 2018. 
Please enter the title of the e-mail as "ICCEF 2018 participation request" and your name.

As for publication of papers to academic journals, presenters preferentially review. Procedures for submission of papers should be prepared according to posting standards of the Japanese Public Health Physical Therapy Journal (Posted in Medical Center Journal Database, eISSN, Jstage List, PubMED Collaboration) in English. If adopted, it will be published electronically in the special issue of ICCEF 2018 of the same academic journal. In this case, the publication fee of 40,000 yen per article will be exempted. 2 publication fee is required from 2 papers
